Mumbai head quartered Eternis Fine Chemicals Ltd. is a manufacturer of aroma chemicals. It claims to be India’s largest exporter of aroma chemicals; it exports over 70% of its revenue. Eternis exports to more than 20 countries, and supplies to the top four flavour and fragrance houses of the world: Givaudan SA (Switzerland), International Flavour and Fragrances Inc. (USA), Firmenich SA (Switzerland), and Symrise AG (Germany).
 

The company has two manufacturing facilities in Pune and a captive hydrogen plant. It has an R&D centre in Navi Mumbai that is approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

 

Eternis Fine Chemicals was formed in 1965. It has 8 directors: Rajendra Kishore Mariwala (managing director), Ravindra Kishore Mariwala, Kishore Vallabhdas Mariwala, Arun Madhav Bewoor, Kodakkal Suresan Pudhiyaveetil, Harsh Charandas Mariwala,  Anita Belani and Milind Shripad Sarwate.

 

For FY18, Eternis Fine Chemicals reported revenue of Rs 6B (USD 88m) and net profit of Rs 350m (USD5m)
